Key Person

You will be introduced to your child’s key person as soon as they start nursery.  The key person is responsible for completing your child’s development records, doing observations and planning activities for your child’s interests and needs.

More often than not a child chooses their key person themselves by bonding with a certain member of staff.

What to bring with you

We ask that you please label any personal items that your child brings in to nursery.  Items that you may need to bring with you depending on the age of your child and time of year are: A change of clothes, indoor shoes, wellies, coat, hat, scarf or in summer sun cream and a sun hat. Bottles of milk, nappies, baby wipes and any comforters.
